Overcoming fears within

I am not my fears. It is safe for me to live without guarding and defending myself all the time. When I feel afraid, I open my heart and let the love dissolve the fear.
~ Louise Hay ~

The one emotion that was prominent from my childhood was extreme fear. To name some, fear of getting sick, fear of losing people, fear about not having enough and so on. We all face one or the other in different situations and timelines of our lifetime.

Fear originates from lack of trust in ourselves and thus lack of self in life itself. We try to control it from the physical level as we don’t trust everything is being taken care of by the source.

For most of the cases, its love & trust that’s going to help us transform and come out of fear. It took quite a bit of time for me to slowly start facing the fears with love – the first step in transforming it. Tough, takes time and perseverance but possible. So be in the now, love yourself and trust yourself, things will unfold for better.

As Louise Hay always says “The more we’re willing to love and trust who we are, the more we attract those qualities to ourselves.” On the other hand when we are filled with fright or worry we start attracting more of those and things start going wrong in our lives.

Look deep into yourself and ask “What are the fears I have at the moment ?”
